This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) outlines the rules and guidelines for using the Parli platform (the “Service”), operated by Tiny Co Holdings, Inc., doing business as Parli. This Policy is designed to ensure a secure, lawful, and respectful environment for all users.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with this Policy. If you violate this Policy, we may suspend or terminate your access at our sole discretion.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to do any of the following.

  • Violate laws or regulations, including privacy, consumer protection, export control, intellectual property, anti-spam, or other applicable laws.
  • Upload, share, or process content, data, or materials that you do not own or have permission to use.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, networks, systems, data, integrations, or other users’ information.
  • Disrupt or degrade the Service by introducing malware, harmful code, excessive traffic, denial-of-service activity, or other conduct that affects availability, security, or performance.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, extract, benchmark, or systematically copy the platform, its workflows, or its outputs.
  • Use the Service for competitive analysis or to build, train, or improve a competing product or service.
  • Send harassment, spam, scams, impersonation attempts, deceptive automated communications, or other abusive content through the Service or connected accounts.
  • Upload or process highly sensitive regulated data, including HIPAA- or PCI-regulated data, unless expressly permitted by us in writing.
  • Bypass safety systems, review gates, rate limits, account controls, or restrictions built into the Service.

3. Security and Integrity

You must do all of the following.

  • Use secure authentication methods and protect account credentials.
  • Promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorized use, compromise, or security breach.
  • Avoid sharing access with unauthorized users or using another user’s credentials without permission.

4. Customer Data and Connected Content

If you provide Parli with messages, files, business context, customer communications, connected platform data, or other materials, you confirm that you have the legal right to do so and that our access is for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

  • You must not upload any content or data you do not own or have permission to share.
  • You are responsible for making sure your use of Parli is appropriate for the data you submit.
  • You are responsible for reviewing important outputs before they are sent, published, or relied on.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate violations of this Policy and may suspend, restrict, remove content, disconnect integrations, or terminate access to the Service if any misuse, security risk, or legal risk is detected.

6. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted to this page, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
