We collect personal information that you provide directly, information we collect automatically when you use the service, and information from third parties you choose to connect to Parli.

  • Identifiers and contact information, such as your name, email address, username, profile image, and communication details.
  • Account credentials and authentication data, including login details, verification state, account recovery information, and other security-related records needed to administer your account.
  • Customer content and business context that you choose to submit, including prompts, messages, reply drafts, uploaded files, URLs, text snippets, knowledge-base materials, response rules, and other configuration inputs.
  • Connected account and integration data, including information made available by services you connect or authorize, such as Google sign-in data and metadata from connected tools or platforms.
  • Commercial information related to subscriptions, purchases, invoices, customer status, and billing events when paid plans or paid features are offered.
  • Internet or other electronic network activity information, such as browser details, device information, pages viewed, product interactions, and service activity.
  • Session information, including IP address, user agent, approximate geolocation derived from Cloudflare session data, timezone, city, country, and related security context recorded as part of account sessions.

  • Create and manage accounts, authenticate users, administer sessions, and provide account recovery or verification flows.
  • Provide creator automation features, including draft generation, summaries, recommendations, knowledge-base retrieval, workflow support, and other AI-assisted outputs.
  • Store and apply your preferences, response rules, connected services, and workspace configuration.
  • Send transactional communications such as verification emails, account notices, billing notices, and deletion confirmations.
  • Monitor, detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, misuse, security incidents, and other harmful or unauthorized activity.
  • Analyze service usage, debug issues, improve reliability and UX, and develop new features.
  • Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements and policies.

3. How We Disclose Your Personal Data

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances.

  • To vendors, service providers, and infrastructure partners that help us operate Parli, including providers for hosting, authentication, email delivery, billing, storage, and AI processing.
  • To third-party services you choose to connect or direct us to interact with, to the extent needed to provide the features you request.

  • With your consent or at your direction.
  • In aggregated or de-identified form where the information no longer identifies you.

If we send promotional emails in the future, you may opt out using the unsubscribe instructions in those messages. You cannot opt out of service-related or transactional communications that are necessary to administer your account or provide the service.
